Leveraging the Power of Peers(sm)

Members and associates of our firm deeply believe in the power of authenticity to bring about long-lasting development. We deeply believe in leveraging the power of peers to work together to network, train, solve problems and provide support.

We believe that one of the best methods to cultivate that authenticity and peer development is through use of peer coaching groups. Our firm was very likely one of the first to use the phrase "peer coaching groups" and have been offering peer coaching groups since 1995.

Our strong commitment to peer coaching groups is why we've disseminated a great deal of information and materials about peer coaching groups on our own website -- much more information than typically provided on a web site. Our strong commitment is why we've donated 100s of hours to help service organizations provide peer coaching groups (for example, see www.leaderscircles.org.

However, with the recent increase in popularity of peer coaching groups, we've noticed an increase in the unlawful use of our information and materials.

While we very much support the spread of peer coaching groups, we must simultaneously protect our intellectual property and our reputation.

Therefore, we have:

  1. Copyrighted all information in our publications (many of which are included in the Free Management Library)
  2. Copyrighted the design and information on our web site.
  3. Servicemarked key phrases used in the marketing and delivery of our services, including "Authenticity Circles", "Leveraging the Power of Peers" and the "Free Management Library".

We are very willing to work with other practitioners (internal and external to organizations) to spread the concept of peer coaching groups.

However, we take very seriously the unlawful usage of our information and materials.

Therefore, if you wish to use any of our information and materials, please contact us first.

Note that paticipants in our training sessions can often arrange a working relationship with us that might include their usage of our information and materials in their activities.
