following associates to a variety of consulting and coaching projects -- and
each has performed superbly. Each has extensive experience in consultation
and is certified in facilitating our peer coaching groups -- and many of them

Alberta Lloyd, BA, MBA
Alberta has over
25 years of experience, including specialized training for women
and/or minority professionals; diversity awareness and skills
training as well as personal empowerment training for executives,
managers and members of the general employee population. Alberta
received her Bachelor's Degree from Hunter College in New York
and her MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is
an adjunct instructor for Mercer University, Keller Graduate
Management School. She has also taught online Cultural Diversity
courses for Axia College in Phoenix, Arizona. She has Authenticity
Consulting Certification in peer coaching group facilitation.
Anita Bhasin, BA, MS, MS in Organization
Development
Anita has over 20
years experience in high-tech companies, such as Wang, The Santa
Cruz Operation (SCO) and Microsoft. The common theme to her work
is the underlying desire to drive change in a way that works.
Anita now focuses on tapping into the 'sage ways' that are inherent
in the system and is available to help plan large-scale change
projects, to develop talent management programs or to design
and facilitate personal development planning workshops and coaching.
Anita has worked overseas in both Europe, Middle East and Africa,
and more recently in India. She holds a BA in Business Studies
and a Master's degree in Marketing from Manchester University,
England, and Master's in Organization Development at the renowned
Pepperdine University.

Annie's experience
includes training design and facilitation, teaching, communications, organization
development, change management, coaching (one-on-one and peer coaching groups),
project management and business ownership. Annie has an MBA (HR - OD and Generalist

Bobbi Riemenschneider, BA, MA,

Bobbi
collaborates with individuals and groups choosing to explore opportunities and
challenges and to step more fully into new possibilities. She has honed her
skills in over three decades of working as a consultant, project manager, analyst,
trainer, teacher and curriculum developer. She is committed to working with
individuals and groups - facilitating the process of exploring and stepping
into new possibilities, creating the real from the possible. She offers individual
and group coaching; presentations, workshops and team facilitation. She has
a Bachelor of Arts, Mathematics from Smith College, and a Master of Education
from American University. She is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach with

Carter McNamara, BA, BS, MBA, PhD
Carter has over 25
years experience providing consulting and coaching in professional
and organizational development. He is developer of Authenticity
Consulting's peer coaching group model, which has been customized
for 100s of clients in all major regions of the world. He has
real-life experience leading in all types of organizations, as
well. He has a BS in Social and Behavior Sciences from Mary College,
BS in Computer Science from the University of North Dakota, MBA
from the University of St. Thomas and PhD in Human and Organizational
Development from The Union Institute. He has been published in
numerous publications. Among his awards are the "Organization
Development Practitioner of the Year" from the Minnesota
Organization Development Network and the "Business Excellence
Award" from the University of St. Thomas.
Debbie Okerlund, BA, LSW, Coach Certification
Debbie has 30 years
experience as a leader, coach, manager, trainer and presenter,
including 14 years as a top executive in an organization. She
has extensive experience and skills in facilitation, training,
program planning and evaluation, collaboration development and
nonprofit fundraising. She has extensive coaching training, including
Thomas Leonard Graduate School of Coaching, Advanced Coaches
Training and Coaches Training Institute. She has a BA in Social
Work from the University of Wisconsin and is a Licensed Social
Worker. She also is a qualified trainer of the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator® and has Authenticity Consulting Certification
in peer coaching group facilitation.
Ginny Belden-Charles, BS, MS in
Organization Development
Ginny Belden-Charles of Belden Charles Inc. guides
leaders and groups to engage, organize and make a difference.
She has 30 years experience as an organization/leadership consultant,
educator and author working across all levels and sectors. Ginny
is the cofounder of the Waterline Coaching method and the Women's
Leadership Community, a learning community for women leaders.
She has a B.S. in education from the University of MN, an MS
in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and is
a PhD candidate with Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She
serves as adjunct faculty for both Pepperdine's MSOD and St.
Catherine's University Master of Art in Organization Leadership,

Jan Smith, MS, MA in Organizational
Behavior
Jan
has 25 years experience as an internal and external consultant
including Honeywell, 3M and Microsoft doing team learning, leadership
development and large group community planning. She designs classes
for Capella University and leads change efforts in Europe, Asia
and Africa. She received the "Organization Development Practitioner
Of The Year" award from the Minnesota Organization Development
Network. Jan is certified in Myers Briggs, Institute of Cultural
Affairs, and has Authenticity Consulting Certification in peer
coaching group facilitation.
Jan has a BS in Cultural Anthropology from California State University
at San Jose and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Brigham
Young University.
Janice Shapiro, BPh
Janice
has over 20 years of accomplishments in strategizing, planning, implementing,
and managing programs for foundations and nonprofit organizations as a
consultant, director, managing officer and senior program officer. She
has achieved success in increasing income and overall operational effectiveness
of dance companies, arts service organizations and presenting venues.
She has a strong reputation as an engaging public speaker on topics related
to nonprofit management and fundraising. Janice exhibits a natural ease
and expertise in facilitating group processes, building and sustaining
relationships and empowering individuals. She is Authenticity Consulting
Certification in peer coaching group facilitation. She is a graduate of
James P. Shannon Leadership Institute for Nonprofit Executives, an invitation-only

Julia Fabris McBride, BA, Coach
Certification
Julia
is a Life and Leadership Coach and helps individuals and organizations
to know themselves deeply, and then use to that knowledge to
align actions with values, forge powerful connections, and do
good work in the world. Julia is an International Coach Federation
(ICF) Certified Coach, a graduate of Coach University and president
of the Wichita Chapter of ICF. She is also a certified Body-Mind
Life Coaching specialist, and is certified as a mediator by the
Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago. She holds a B.A. from
Case Western Reserve University, and is a graduate of the acting
program at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She has Authenticity

Karen Lanson, MA, Licensed Psychologist,
Coach Certification
Karen has 20+ years
experience in business, employee assistance programs, organization/
leadership consulting, and individual coaching and counseling.
She has used a range of development instruments, most notably
the MBTI, the Mobius Model Group Assessment Instrument
and the Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory. She has Authenticity
Consulting Certification in peer coaching group facilitation.
Karen holds an M.A. and Educational Specialist degree in Counseling
Psychology from the University of Missouri. Her credentials as
a Psychologist and Certified Employee Assistance Professional
are maintained primarily through continuing education in organization/leadership
development, coaching and group process. Karen is also a recent,
long-time Co-Chair of the Organizational Coaching Group for the
Minnesota Chapter of ASTD.
Kristin Johnstad, BA, MA, Coach
Certification
Kristin has strong working knowledge in an asset-focused approach
to human development and change, including with training, coaching and facilitation.
She is an expert in best practices for youth and community development, including
to build cross collaboration for thriving and sustainable organizations. She
has very strong skills in leading very diverse groups of people to get things
done and learn at the same time. She is a Consulting Associate with the Human

Lisa Chapman, BBA, MBA
Lisa Chapman serves her clients as a Business
and Marketing Coach, Business Planning Consultant and Social Media Consultant.
She specializes in helping clients increase revenues. Business owners and
managers seek her guidance with their marketing strategy and marketing planning,
and writing business plans that attract funding. In her social media work,
she helps businesses, brands, nonprofits & political campaigns achieve
online brand recognition, attract target audiences, and convert traffic into
revenue. During the first 25 years of her career, she founded many successful
businesses in a wide array of industries. Her professional achievements include
Nashville’s “Executive of the Year” and “Small Business
of the Year” finalist awards. She attended Vanderbilt University and
University of Houston, with an MBA and BBA in Accounting.
Lois Albrecht, BA, Coach Certification
Lois
excels at working with professionals, leaders and creative souls
who want to get the most out of the second half of life. She
facilitates long-range planning, including for nonprofit organizations.
She has extensive experience as a coach and serves on the Minnesota
Coaches Association Board of Directors. She has very strong experience
both as an executive and as a coach to executives, including
to nonprofit executives. She has unique knowledge of practices
and challenges in rural leadership, and also has experience in
marketing and communications She has Authenticity Consulting
Certification in peer coaching group facilitation, and has certification
from the Coaches Training Institute.
Pam Solberg-Tapper, BS, MA, Coach
Certification
Pam has coached in a wide variety of business applications.
She is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified
Coach. Shes certified by Authenticity Consulting in peer
coaching group facilitation and a certified Dale Carnegie trainer.
Pam is an Executive Coach with the Ken Blanchard Companies. Shes
an Adjunct Faculty with Capella University MBA program and The
Coaches Training Institute. Pam has coaching expertise in leadership,
organizational development/effectiveness, program design, and
change management. Her clients include organizations in the financial,
educational, nonprofit, manufacturing, healthcare and retail
industries. Pams on a quest is to run a marathon on all
seven continents and has only Africa and Asia left.
Rhonda C. Hight, Coach Registration
Rhonda
has delighted her audiences with her candid and humorous insights
for 15 years. She facilitates learning in a way that encourages
participants to actually apply their skills in life and work.
Rhonda is a "self-professed" overachiever and relentless
seeker of knowledge, and is a content expert on several topics
pertaining to professional development. She is a certified instructor
for American Management Association (AMA) courses, a Registered
Corporate Coach, Certified DISC Facilitator, certified facilitator
for Advanced Coaching: Situational Leadership II, (a Ken Blanchard
program), and a master certified instructor for the Civil Treatment
Series and Value Ethics courses (a fair employment practices
and ethics curriculum). She also a has Authenticity Consulting

Rolfe Larson, MBA
Rolfe
has more than twenty years of experience managing and advising organizations
about business planning and marketing. His primary focus in his consulting
is business planning, strategic planning, feasibility analysis and marketing.
He works with a wide variety of types of organizations, including for-profit,
nonprofit and hybrid. His consulting approach emphasizes close collaboration
with clients, designing a consulting process that collects and analyzes genuine
external data to evaluate goals and strategies, and to build internal capacity
for the client to develop and implement business plans. Before full-time consulting,
Rolfe was an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the College of Business, University
of St. Thomas, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Teri McNamara, BS
Teri facilitates
Board development and strategic planning, and has participated in a wide range
of other organization development projects. She is an experienced presenter
with a well-received interactive style, comfortable with content on a wide
range of leadership and organizational development topics. Teri is a certified
peer coaching group facilitator. Prior to joining Authenticity Consulting,
Teri spent 15 years at Datacard Corporation, working in roles that ranged
from business development, product line manager and product manager to program
manager, engineering team leader and software engineering lead. She also worked
as a software engineer at Honeywell for 4 years.
Steve Ober, BA, MA, MTS, EdD in
Organizational Studies
Steven
is a senior practitioner in organizational learning, executive
coaching, leadership and executive team learning. He has worked
successfully with senior executives and managers at multiple
levels in health care, government, business and industry, high
tech and education. He is a graduate of the Monitor-Kantor Enterprises
coach training program, and is recognized member of the Coaching
Community of Practice of the Society for Organizational Learning
-- people accepted as members have to meet SoLs criteria
for a Senior Coach. He has a Doctorate in Education and Organizational
Studies from Boston University, an MTS in History from Harvard,
Master of Arts in History from Baylor University, and a BA in
History from Baylor University. He has Authenticity Consulting
