Privacy and Security Policy

Authenticity Consulting, LLC, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and credit card information. We use that information only to process orders and occasionally notify you of any of our products and services that closely relate to your previous purchases from our firm.

Authenticity Consulting, LLC, will not disclose any personal information about you to third parties without your explicit permission, nor does our firm sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

When you place an order with our firm, we collect your name, name of your organization, your postal address, your e-mail address, and your payment information (which might be your credit card number and expiration date, or check information).

Your credit card information is collected by our secure server that encrypts all your information to protect against unauthorized access. You can verify this by looking for the lock icon (picture of a lock) near the lower right corner of your browser window in the payment section of our on-line store.

Payments

• We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
• We accept payment by check. Checks should be drawn on a USA bank in US dollars or drawn on a local bank in local currency using a current published exchange rate. Checks should be mailed to:

• Purchase Orders are accepted and can be faxed to 763-592-1661 or mailed to the above address.
• We accept payment by wire transfer for an additional $15 handling fee. Contact our Publishing Department for details at the address above or by calling 800-971-2250.
• We reserve the right to require payment prior to shipment for all international orders and domestic orders of $100 or more.

Pricing and Discounts

• All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• 10% for 10-24 copies of a single title.
• 15% for 25-49 copies.
• 20% for 50 or more copies.

Shipping and Handling

• We include a handling charge to cover base shipping costs.
• See our Pricing Lists (links provided above) for specific shipping and handling prices.
• We ship orders within 1-3 business days of receipt of purchase.
• Orders within the USA are usually shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, resulting in delivery 2-3 business days after shipment. Media Mail and ground methods (FedEx or DHL) are also available when cost is more of a concern than time and for larger orders.
• Orders via Amazon.com are shipped by USPS Media Mail, unless the buyer specifies "Expedited shipping" when making the purchase in Amazon.com. "Media Mail" usually results in delivery within 6-20 business days after shipment. "Expedited shipping" uses Priority Mail, with delivery in 2-3 business days.
• Canadian orders are usually shipped by USPS Air Mail, resulting in delivery within 6-15 business days after shipment.
• All other international orders are usually shipped by USPS Air Mail. We reserve the right to ship by Global Priority Mail where available and when more cost-effective for us and the buyer. "Air Mail" to international locations usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the location and customs processing time. Global Priority Mail takes 1-3 weeks.
• We can ship via expedited methods, such as USPS Express Mail, FedEx and DHL. Please contact us for details of shipping time and costs.
• Orders are processed and shipped through our USA office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
• If a buyer requests that we re-ship to a different address than the address the buyer had entered in the original order (and after we had shipped the original order), then the buyer will pay the additional shipping costs for the second shipment.

Money-Back Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with the books you order from us, you can return the item(s) you purchased within 30 days from the date that you placed the order with us.
• All items must be in original condition.
• Purchaser pays for shipping to our USA office.
• Purchase price is refunded upon receipt of books in our offices and is paid by the same method as original payment.
