Foundations of Action Learning (Peer Coaching) Groups (8 hours) 2. Facilitating Action Learning (Peer Coaching) Groups (8 hours) Description: This intensive, one-day workshop is useful for those who want to customize Action Learning-based, peer coaching programs, whether for employees, learners, members, clients or themselves. Note that this workshop will be customized to meet the nature and needs of the attendees, for example, human resource professionals, coaches, trainers, educators, etc. The morning includes overview of: Key points from the prerequisite workshops Foundations of Action Learning (Peer Coaching) Groups and Facilitating Action Learning (Peer Coaching) Groups Overview of the "System" of an Action Learning program Guidelines to customize programs for various applications Special considerations between intact groups (all members from the same organization) and mixed groups (members from different organizations) How to integrate your favorite coaching model into peer coaching groups How to integrate peer coaching groups with other training and development programs How to integrate/cascade multiple peer coaching groups across an organization Special considerations when developing peer coaching groups in various sizes and cultures of organizations Working with Human Resources and with Training and Development departments Marketing programs, internally and externally Pitfalls in program design and how to avoid them The afternoon includes participants' experiencing an Authenticity Circles(SM) session in which each participant gets highly focused feedback about: Designing their peer coaching program Marketing their peer coaching program Any concerns they may have regarding design of peer coaching programs The day ends with: Provision of extensive, useful resources Opportunity for participants to ask questions regarding their plans for developing peer coaching groups Each participant in the workshop gets a newly released and greatly expanded Authenticity Circles(SM) Developer's Guide (Second Edition). Ongoing after the workshop, participants voluntarily take part in an ongoing, on-line discussion group of facilitators and developers. Authenticity Consulting, LLC, will form and moderate the on-line discussion group. Members can freely share suggestions, questions and useful materials about their peer coaching experiences. Members participate by sending and receiving e-mail messages from other members. Cost: $350.00 per participant for the one-day workshop, materials and on-line discussion group for facilitators and developers. Package rate of $900 ($810 when paid in advance) if also attending the one-day Foundations of Action Learning (Peer Coaching) Groups and the one-day Facilitating Action Learning (Peer Coaching) Groups workshops.
